When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, learner stage, institution or board, service interests, preferred timeline, and the information you include in your message. We may also collect limited technical information required for website security and reliability.
Why we use it
- respond to enquiries;
- assess whether an EKA service may be suitable;
- arrange requested sessions or services;
- maintain service and security records; and
- send marketing communication only where a valid permission or other lawful basis applies.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Approved providers may be used for website hosting, forms, email, scheduling, payments, or analytics. The actual providers, purposes, and processing locations will be disclosed after approval.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable obligations. The actual retention periods or criteria are awaiting approval.
Learners under the applicable age of consent
EKA’s services may involve school learners. A parent or guardian should be involved where required by applicable law or EKA policy. The general enquiry form should not be used to submit sensitive information about a child.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or complaints. A verified privacy contact will be published for requests.
Cookies and analytics
This launch build adds no analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, session replay, or marketing cookies. Essential hosting and security behavior will depend on the selected deployment provider and must be documented before launch.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures should be appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
The current version and effective date will appear here once the notice is approved. The applicable Indian and any cross-border privacy requirements, minors’ consent rules, vendors, cookies, marketing, and grievance disclosures require review.
